Rainy Day Work in Progress

It was a perfect day on Sunday...rain...friends and quilting--oh, and food, too! Here's Goldie and Lizzie with Goldie's "two" color quilt. Isn't it wonderful! And here is another Goldie quilt that just made us happy to look at on this rainy day. The piecing is perfect and the plaids, well, adorable. Lizzie brought her Kaffe hexagon to photograph for the Sisters' Outdoor Quilt Show. Just an awesome array of color and skill!

Barbara was in the Circles class at Morningstar a week ago and look what she has already accomplished! (Retirement is such a stash buster!) Gorgeous Daiwabo taupes which are spectacular fabrics. Some look silk some look satin...but they are cotton.
Sally finished quilting this adorable quilt with her Juki. Isn't it darling! She just needs a week off work to finish that binding don't you agree?
And look what Fran did in Debbie's class based on Sharon Schambers techniques. You can look real close and see McTavishing. Wow it is just more beautiful in person. Great job and I hope to take Debbie's class in March.
